Highspot Hero Website
Worked on the motion design for Highspot's hero section, animating the agent chat feature to showcase the product's AI-first direction. The goal was simple: help a first-time visitor understand how AI could make a sales rep's day a little easier, without reading a word of copy. Built entrance sequences and ambient motion that made the feature feel alive, approachable, and worth exploring.
Impact:
Animation system adopted site-wide, reducing design-to-dev handoff time and setting the motion baseline for all future Highspot web campaigns.

Highspot Motion System
Initiated and led the research for building a unified motion language across Highspot, spanning product, web, and marketing demos. Drew from established design languages to define the motion principles, timing, duration, and easing curves that could work cohesively across every surface.
Impact:
Established a shared motion language across design and engineering, cutting animation inconsistencies and enabling faster, more confident UI decisions.

Motion Library
Designed and built a public motion library cataloguing the best UI animations from world-class products. Each pattern is interactively decoded, showing the easing, duration, and trigger logic behind animations from Slack, Linear, Stripe, Arc, and more. A reference tool built for designers who want to study motion at depth.
Impact:
Used by motion designers and engineers globally as a daily reference for interaction patterns and easing standards.

About
Hey, I'm Nikhil, a UX Motion Designer based in Hyderabad, India. I've spent the last few years crafting motion-rich experiences, from 2D game animations to marketing videos and web motion for SaaS products.
Currently at Highspot, I work on motion systems, marketing videos, visual design, and GIFs that make complex products feel approachable and alive.
I'm now expanding into frontend, prototyping UI in code, building motion experiments, and positioning myself at the intersection of design and engineering. I believe the best designers of this era will speak both languages.
Between projects, I'm either lost in a game, filling sketchbooks, or down a rabbit hole I didn't plan to enter.
