AI Experience

Highspot Hero Website

Making the product feel alive before a word is read.

Highspot was introducing AI-powered capabilities across its platform, but the homepage lacked a compelling way to communicate that shift. I explored motion directions and animated the hero experience, using movement to reinforce the Arctic design language and make AI feel integrated into the product experience.

Design Language

Defining AI Through Motion

Design Language

Natural phenomena became the foundation for the motion language. Magnetic fields, auroras, and fluid systems informed a direction where AI felt present beneath the surface rather than explicitly visible.

Exploration

Finding the Right Narrative

Passive Pearl Loop

Visually compelling, but lacked narrative clarity and product context.

Interactive Concept

Engaging in theory, but risked being read as a chatbot rather than a brand moment.

Guided Narrative Loop

Balanced storytelling, product clarity, and brand expression.

Three directions evaluated. One clear winner.

Selected Direction

AI Narrative

Integrated Intelligence

Invisible Intelligence

Actionable Intelligence

The Guided Narrative Loop was selected because it connected AI capabilities to real product moments while maintaining the Arctic visual language. It balanced storytelling, clarity, and brand expression without reducing AI to a chatbot interaction.
